Volunteer Your Time in One of Our Programs!
We are always looking for volunteers to lead special exercise sessions at our Youth & Fitness classes, such as yoga, aerobics, martial arts, or hip-hop dancing. We need guest motivational speakers and other volunteers to help out leading exercise stations or even preparing snacks!

Make an In-Kind Contribution!
Some items we need:
· Fruit & veggies, other snacks, water for programs
· T-shirts
Work-out clothes for kids
Program giveaways, such as water bottles, pedometers, etc.
· Digital B&W printer able to be networked.
· Free-standing lockable cabinet
Be on one of our standing committees!
Participate on our Fund Development
Committee, Program Committee, or special event committees, such as our
